Val di Noto Eloro DOC wine route is situated in the south east of Sicily, around NOTO, wonderful and fascinaringf Baroque town.
In this wine-producing area surrounded by sea and opened to African winds ,Sicilians have been cultivating grapes for centuries, since when ancient Romans and Greeks built towns and aristocratic“villas”adorned with spectacular mosaics . This wine route is the reign of the most famous Sicilian grape in the world, the “Nero d’Avola”; but other typical and certificated food is produced too.
