A daily riding for taking part in the hand-made bread making-process, by a family-run farm that is promoting and using ancient wheat.

You will take part in the entire making-process, using some ancient tools as “maidda” and “briula”, from the flour to bread.

After the making- process, we will have a pic-nic in the shade of some trees around, and you will taste what you have made paired with other local food.

After we head toward a local water-mill and visit a farming heritage museum inside. The owner will show us how genuine flour was produced by using a millstone. Then the near Ispica canyon is worth a visit: take a walk through archeological ruins.
